Refund Policy

1. General Refund Terms

All payments made on SMM Panel Bangladesh are used to purchase digital, non-returnable services. Therefore, most payments are considered non-refundable. However, under certain conditions, we may provide a refund or partial credit to your panel balance.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund or balance credit may be granted if:

• The service did not start at all after placing the order.
• The service cannot be delivered due to supplier unavailability.
• The service is partially completed and the remaining portion is undeliverable.
• The order is marked as “canceled” by our system.

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Orders delivered fully or partially when the service works as described.
• Orders placed with wrong/invalid/changed links.
• Private accounts or posts made private after order placement.
• Buying services for banned/disabled/restricted accounts.
• Buyer changing their mind after placing an order.

3. Service Drops & Refills

Some services may include a refill guarantee (e.g., 7 days, 30 days). If drops occur:

• We will refill the order if the service description includes refill.
• If refills are not available or the service becomes permanently disabled, a partial balance refund may be issued.

Services without refill guarantee are not eligible for drop-related refunds.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback, dispute, or unauthorized claim with your bank or payment provider without contacting us first is strictly prohibited.

If you open a dispute:

• Your account may be permanently suspended.
• All running or pending orders may be canceled without refund.
• All balance may be frozen pending investigation.

Always contact our support team before raising any payment-related dispute.

5. Wrong or Mistyped Links

You must ensure that all submitted links are correct, accessible and public. We do not refund orders placed with:

• Wrong profile or post URLs
• Links to private or restricted accounts
• Links that change after the order was placed

Once an order is in progress, it cannot be canceled or changed.

6. Private, Deleted or Modified Content

No refunds are provided for:

• Content deleted by the user (posts, videos, stories, etc.)
• Accounts switched to private
• Username or link changes during order
• Deleting posts before completion

7. Service Speed or Quality

Delivery time displayed in the service description is an estimate, not a guarantee. Delays do not qualify for refunds unless the service becomes completely undeliverable.

Quality variations (e.g., mixed profiles, varying views) are normal in SMM services and are not refundable unless the service clearly fails to match its description.

8. Balance Refunds

Balance added to your account is generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional cases (e.g., duplicate payments, technical errors), balance refunds to the original payment method may be considered.

Not eligible:

• Unused balance after ordering successfully
• Balance added by mistake without contacting support
• Balance from promotional or bonus credits

9. Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to deny refunds and suspend accounts if:

• Suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive behavior is detected
• Users repeatedly misuse services for refund claims
• Unauthorized access or attempts to exploit platform errors occur
